Donations & Legacies

Your generous gift enables the Charities to make provision for comfortable homes for elderly people in the Salisbury area. The generosity of local people over the last six centuries has ensured the successes we have achieved today. Your gift will benefit those in need now and in the future.

The anticipated cost of developing an almshouse site is circa £4 million and your gift, however small, can make a difference to the lives of those most in need.

With your help further almshouses can be built on existing land owned by the Charities or allow the purchase of new land on which to build. Your help now will serve to join in with, and perpetuate, the valuable work of those whose kindness and foresight founded almshouses throughout the City of Salisbury.
