Sheltered Accommodation
Our Ordinary Sheltered almshouses benefit from having their own Warden who will call on Residents at least four times a week and keep a neighbourly eye on them, ensure their general wellbeing and provide help and advice.
All flats benefit from the emergency call system which is manned 24/7. Most Wardens live on their site and are the first responder for alarm calls. For added peace of mind we also have our own Relief Warden who will respond to out of hours emergencies.
